Bryan Young
CEO & Principal ConsultantBryan spent more than two decades advancing through construction leadership — spanning planning, design management, preconstruction, procurement, and execution, from earliest feasibility through final occupancy. As Vice President of Construction, he built and defended budgets, managed design teams, and procured contractors on both commercial and industrial construction projects. After delivering multiple churches from concept to completion through design-build, Bryan found his deepest calling was guiding churches. He founded Shepherd to provide experienced owner's advocacy — helping ministries navigate planning, design, and construction with clarity, confidence, and faithful stewardship.
Brian Flowers
COOBrian Flowers combines nearly a decade in ministry with a career in construction leadership. As the son of a pastor, Brian served in ministry as a missionary, Christian educator, church leader, and deacon before earning a degree in Ministry Leadership with a Church Administration focus from Lee University. He moved into construction full-time and advanced from the field into project management, operations, and division oversight. Brian leads Shepherd's operations and serves churches as an Owner's Advocate, helping leaders steward their building projects with clarity and confidence.
Jason Barrett
VP, Church DevelopmentWith nearly 30 years of ministry experience — including church planting and pastoral leadership — Jason understands the unique challenges churches face when pursuing a building project. He has also participated in more than 100 construction projects, working alongside design teams, contractors, and owners from concept through completion. As a successful entrepreneur and founder of a multi-million-dollar company, Jason brings a passion for stewardship, leadership, and helping churches make wise decisions. After experiencing Shepherd's process firsthand, he became convinced of its value and joined the team to help churches navigate construction projects with confidence, clarity, and accountability.
