Stages 03–05 · Design → Closeout

Owner's Representation

Independent advocacy through design, bidding, construction, and closeout — the church keeps every contract while Shepherd tracks the work on its behalf.

What this isn't: we don't design, build, or self-perform any part of the work, and we don't second-guess your contractor's means, methods, or crews. We take no cut of the design fee, the construction contract, or any vendor's invoice — so the only thing we're working toward is a project the church can be proud of.
